Subscription & Paid Features – You can request a refund if you subscribe to a premium plan or purchase an in-app feature under specific circumstances.

 

Technical Issues – If you cannot use our paid features due to a technical error, we are unable to fix the issue.

 

Unauthorised Charges – In case of any unauthorised transaction, you can report it within a specific timeframe.
